Москва, 20 декабря — «Вести.Экономика». Необходимо навести порядок в платежах за содержание и обслуживание жилых домов, заявил президент Владимир Путин. Этот вопрос поднимали на большой пресс-конференции президента, и эта тема «волнует людей», подчеркнул президент.
«Речь идет о росте тарифов в системе ЖКХ, а именно об увеличении платежей за содержание, обслуживание жилья, которые, в отличие от коммунальных, не регулируются на федеральном уровне. Мы же говорили неоднократно об этом», — отметил Путин на заседании Совета по стратегическому развитию и первоочередным проектам.
Путин призвал установить предельное значение роста платежей и «отцепить управляющие компании (УК) от управления финансовыми потоками».
Во время большой пресс-конференции 14 декабря Путин заявил, что не видит положительных подвижек в области платежей за услуги ЖКХ. Ситуация с жилищными платежами, в которые, например, входят взносы на капремонт, никуда не годится и требует незамедлительного введения госрегулирования, подчеркнул президент.
Путин обратил также внимание на то, что УК собирают с жильцов коммунальные платежи в адрес ресурсоснабжающих организаций (оплата газа, электричества, воды), при этом сами управляющие компании расплачиваются с поставщиками не всегда своевременно и в полном объеме.
Минстрой пообещал в ближайшее время исключить УК из цепи посредников при оплате коммунальных услуг.
