Москва, 13 декабря — «Вести.Экономика». Власти Москвы могут в начале 2018 г. объявить конкурсы на строительство домов в рамках программы реновации в столице, заявил заммэра столицы по вопросам градостроительной политики и строительства Марат Хуснуллин.
Власти города подобрали 236 участков для возведения домов по реновации и готовы запустить первую волну переселения в дома общей площадью 3,5 млн кв. м, сообщает ТАСС. «До конца года сделаем проектную документацию по 70 площадкам, по оставшимся — в следующем году. В начале 2018 г. — конкурсы на строительство», — отметил Хуснуллин.
«Каждый округ Москвы задействован в программе реновации», — пояснил заммэра. Кроме того, столичные власти изучают еще 200 дополнительных площадок для возведения домов. «У нас работа идет в режиме штаба. Мы согласовываем с мэром каждую площадку в индивидуальном режиме», — пояснил Хуснуллин.
Президент Владимир Путин подписал 1 июля поправки к закону «О статусе столицы Российской Федерации», утвердив программу реновации жилищного фонда Москвы.
По итогам голосования жителей в программу вошли более 5 тыс. домов, большинство из которых — пятиэтажные «хрущевки». Это почти 70% жилищного фонда такого типа в Москве.
